A big happening the last couple of months: Cruijff vs. Van Gaal. If this isn’t a organizational change, I will become a PSV supporter. Just kidding!
This is what’s happened last months: Coaches are fired and replaced, a Supervisory Board who resign and a new chairman takes the place. But that’s not the only thing. There was something innovative. The new chairman of the RvC is a real change manager who is connected to the management consulting Ten Have Change Management.
Everybody would agree that Ajax had to change something, so it seems a good choice…The RvC nominated Van Gaal as the new CEO. The result is anger and disbelief. This is the story in a nutshell. I think Ajax is now in the ending phase. The old Ajax disappears and people should be allowed to grieve.
